The junction grill is very popular being inside the burswood casino. The mains seem to look amazing although lack flavour and finesse, possibly because the ‘chefs’ prepare food for a forgiving Perth clientele. The steak I ordered medium rare comes out medium to well done. Overall, Junction Grill is just another average stakehouse, within a casino. You're not coming here for the ambiance or quality of dining. And this is a shame, because they're trying to bill themselves as a really good steakhouse - but the quality of the meat, and the cooking, is a constant disappointment.
